ReferralType.Review

= 1

An application has been referred to a reviewer in order for the application to be reviewed.

ReferralType.MRZ

= 2

An application has been referred to a reviewer in order to manually check or correct the machine-readable zone (MRZ).

ReferralType.Auto

= 3

Automatically decide the referral type based on the document that is referred. If there are MRZ formatting errors, then the application is referred to an MRZ reviewer; otherwise, the application is referred to a referral reviewer.
